March Dal: Sanrio Cinnamoroll

Posted by: Brigitte on: November 17, 2007

Cinnamoroll DalI blogged about the upcoming Pullip and Dal releases in much more detail on Dolly Culture, but I had to write about Cinnamoroll here, too, because she’s just so darn cute! You can view a larger version of her official flier by clicking on it :3

Her “feel like so” line (“Would I be able to fly if I flapped these large ears? I can, because I’m Cinnamon!”) is very funny, though it is slightly odd that Sanrio made a boy character (which Cinnamoroll is) into a female doll, but I’m assuming that’s thanks both to its wild popularity and androgyny. It looks like Cinnamon is the third and final installment in the Sanrio tie-in but I’m a little sad that there’s no Kuromi Pullip, how cool would that have (potentially) been? Deery Lou, now that I think about it, could have also been really cool.

Regardless, this Dal is absolutely on the wishlist, even if she won’t ship until very late March. The blue of the hair is so adorable, as is the non-stuffed stock outfit. I think I’ll sand down the Dal-jowls but leave her alone otherwise, since she’s super-twee. Okay, I’m done rambling about her now! ;3

CINNAMONROLL IN DOLL FORM!!! Yeah, and right on with Deery Lou, she’s my fave. I love deers, er deer, I have an unnatural obsession with them.

Oh that’s so cute! I love the bunny outfit! A Deery Lou would be on my wish list of it exsisted ;)

Thanks you two :3 maybe we can start a petition ;3

Yeah I want her soooo much! She’s the cutest thing EVER! I don’t own anything other that my Pullips so she could be my first Dal. I adore her normal clothes too! She’s sooooo adorable! <3

I really like her, too! Her hair is my favorite color and her “normal” clothes are very sweet! :3

It’s so precious ! But aren’t pullip dollies very expensive ? x3
Haha, but I want one anyways !

They’re between $80 and $110 on pre-order :3 so yes and no, depends on if you want one or ten! :D
