Happy New Year!

Well it’s 2008, I can’t say my transition into the new year went terribly well since I had a rather nasty reaction to some Mucinex spray that meant me getting into bed, in horrible pain, at 11 PM. Ten hours and some Ibuprofen later I feel a lot better, but still, not the way one wants to start a new year. I guess I’ll just have to take it from here ;p make the best of it, and celebrate the lunar new year like I usually do anyway. Here’s to second chances!
One new year tradition that I will be carrying on, despite not feeling on top of the weather, is my bulletin board tradition. Every year I photograph my bulletin board at the end of the year, note everything on it (on Flickr), and then take everything down so I can start the year with a fresh board. One new announcement is that I’ve decided to join Blog 365 where the goal is to blog every day of 2008. Should be a challenge, but today is my 74th day in a row blogging here, so I think I might just be able to make it! Plus I always like to have New Year’s Goals (instead of resolutions) and this seems like a fun one. Wish me luck!

Oh Brigette, I’m sorry to learn you haven’t been feeling well and that your start to the new year has had a little bump. I know it will all be uphill from here!
Love your bulletin board project! Talk about organized, wow. I’m going to try posting more often on my blog, but once a day might just have me feeling more guilty than successful! ;)
