I had given up on making Qilin. At the time her design came into my head JP wasn’t manufacturing Pullips with deeper complexions, and painted Pullips never look right, so I let her go. Then the Another Alice set was released and it was like a light went on …

She has turquoise mohair and hand-cut feather eyelashes. Her outfit is by Jun Planning, Dollsville, and Squeaky Monkey. Rilee, who owns the lovely Coco, was Qilin’s patron.
