June 2009 Month End Report

Posted by: Brigitte on: July 1, 2009

Happy first of July everyone! That can only mean one two things! Quarterly taxes (ugh) and the June 2009 report for the Zombukis Love You shop (whoo)!

Zombuki Kokeshi Dolls

  • Sell 25 Resin Pieces – Fail! I only sold 10 this month, boo! One thing I learned this month from not really selling “full time” last year is that summer is, apparently, a terrible sales period for anyone not in the wedding business – or so I’m told. That coupled with the fact that I didn’t add many new resin pieces this month :3 oopth!
  • New Zombuki Photo Prints in Shop – Goal! Yes, I listed new Rococo series prints in the Zombuki section of the shop.
  • Kokeshi Week! <3 <3 <3 – Yes! This was actually my big goal for the month and, as you can see from the mosaic above, the kokeshi count has jumped from 3 to 16 over the last month. I’m extremely proud of myself for pulling it off, lol, the kokeshi section of the shop is now joyous.
  • Reach 662 Sales Mark (100 Sales) – Fail! Again, lessons learned, we got to 624, 38 sales short of the goal which, I will say, still isn’t bad at all. Not at all.
  • Release Zombuki Postcard Set – Win! Yes I managed to accomplish this one (view blog entry) and I managed to start on another set.
  • Photos of Zombuki Valley – Yes! Another goal met (view blog post) :3 the photos of Valley were taken and she was returned safely to CA.
  • Close on House and Start Move – Well I did pack (some) but no, this is a fail XP my closing has been delayed 3 weeks. It’s supposed to happen tomorrow but who knows? *flails*
  • Buy Ikea Furniture for House and Build It – I did go to Ikea and buy stuff, lol, but like the bullet above states, no house as planned XP
  • Paint Room in New House – I bought the paint too! I consider this goal met because it’s not my fault everyone is a jerk, lol.

So there you have it! I’ll be back soon (probably tonight) with the July 2009 goals. Until then … thank you all for a wonderful June and here’s to a great July!
