This is the first new urban vinyl set that has really piqued my interested in a while: Wish Come True by Friends With You. I got the news of their release from Rotofugi and I have to say, I’m quite tempted to buy!

My friend Emily did all the leg work on this one, I’m just passing it along. For those who are sad they can’t afford the old Fafinettes series, dry yours tears and go to the MAC website to pick up this trio of nearly 4″ tall darlings for a scant $9 a pop.

Finally, it’s Peleda! I saw the prototypes a while back but I’m so so happy that they didn’t get crazied up during production. My boyfriend might think that they’re “like something you’d see in a pawn shop, or a thrift store … they look like bars of soap or something,” but I, on the other hand, think they’re delightfully retro and I really like the (mostly) cohesive pastel color scheme. They’re charming, they’re 70s, and I just love them.
“Wind-up … whose gonna wind those things up?”
